The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee have published the first edition of the Games Playbook

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee have published the first edition of the Games Playbook, a guide outlining the measures to deliver safe and successful Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.

Athletes, coaches, officials, and all stakeholders are expected to follow the rules and measures included in the Playbook. Personal responsibilities and the different procedures to be followed before travelling to Japan, when entering the country, during their time at the Games and when leaving the Games are outlined.

The series of Playbooks are created for the different stakeholders participating in the Games, namely athletes, officials, media, broadcasters, international federations and national Olympic committees.
